The butterflies and excitement of Sydney’s first Mindfully Wed have passed – and oh what a day it was! Mindfully Wed’s unique and ethical focus on weddings was warmly welcomed by enthusiastic guests and couples, enthralled by the idea of a wedding full of love and purpose which treads lightly on the earth and gives back to local and global communities. Guests were greeted at the door by our wonderful eco-conscious team, and introduced to a range of incredible ethical and sustainable vendors ranging from couture wedding gowns to honeymoons with purpose. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, as couples entered the space with intention and open minds, ready to listen to our expert speakers and forage for ideas around how to make their special day mindful of people and the planet.
Mindfully Wed was an afternoon of connection, inspiration, knowledge sharing, and purpose. We were overwhelmed with the positive response, and are absolutely motivated and enthusiastic as Mindfully Wed takes off around the country spreading the eco-wedding word.
You CAN have a wedding full of purpose and meaning, on a budget, DIY, extravagant or small.
